• EPS Ltd Service: Annual Subscription & Consultancy Fees

  Annual DPO Service Subscription

  The annual subscription fee for the DPO service is £500 + VAT, payable in full and within 28 days of receiving an invoice.
  Please refer to our full terms and conditions for additional details.

  To keep this service cost-effective for schools, the subscription does not include site visits. However, in-person visits can be arranged by mutual agreement and will be charged at our standard consultancy day rate or pro-rata, depending on the duration.

  Discounted rate:
  Schools with 100 pupils or fewer are eligible for a 10% discount on the annual subscription fee.

  Consultancy Day Rate

  Our standard consultancy day rate is £500 + VAT.

  Training Costs

  • Group training sessions for school staff, governing bodies, or trust boards:
    £350 + VAT
    (Based on a session length of 1.5 to 2 hours)

  • Individual 1:1 training or consultancy:
    Charged at the consultancy rate, calculated pro-rata.
